CABDA relocates annual show to Las Vegas for 2025

CABDA to Host Trade Show in Las Vegas in March 2025

The cycling industry is gearing up for a major return to Las Vegas next March as CABDA West makes its debut in the Nevada city. This will be the first trade show in Las Vegas for the industry since 2017, when Interbike held its last show in the city.

Jim Kersten, the man behind CABDA, expressed his excitement for the upcoming event, which will be held at the Expo at World Market Center. While Kersten initially intended for CABDA West to complement the Chicago and New York shows, he didn’t rule out the possibility of turning it into a national show to fill the void left by Interbike.

Las Vegas was a strategic choice for the event due to its convenient flight access from anywhere in the country. The World Market Center, a non-union event venue located off The Strip, was also a cost-effective option for hosting the show.

Kersten emphasized the importance of regional shows, noting that brands choose which events to attend based on their market presence and product focus. The 2025 CABDA calendar will kick off with CABDA East in New Jersey, followed by Midwest in Chicago, and finally West in Las Vegas.

Stay tuned for an official announcement with more details about CABDA West, including exhibitor registration opening in mid-June. In the meantime, discussions are underway for potentially hosting another cycling event in Las Vegas next May, alongside the L’Etape Las Vegas consumer event.
