Fatal Shooting Leaves One Dead, Two Injured in Northwest Las Vegas Valley

One person is dead and two others injured in a tragic shooting incident that took place in the northwest Las Vegas valley. The incident, which occurred on Thursday evening, involved a possible fight between roommates that escalated into violence.

The shooting occurred on Nautical Stone Court near North Durango Drive and Oso Blanca Road. When officers arrived at the scene, they found two men with gunshot wounds in the street. Quick action by the officers ensured that the injured men were safely moved to a location where medical assistance could be provided.

A third victim, a woman who had also been shot, approached the officers and was taken to the hospital along with the two men for medical treatment. Sadly, one of the men, believed to be in his 30s, was pronounced dead. The other man, in his 40s, and the woman are reported to have non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect, who was believed to be a roommate of the victims, surrendered to police without incident when they located his home. Police suspect that a verbal altercation between the roommates turned physical, leading to the shooting. They also believe that the woman may have been an innocent bystander in the incident.
