Las Vegas F1 Grand Prix 2025 Schedule and Ticket Sales Update
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – The Formula One (F1) Grand Prix of Las Vegas is set to be the only night race on the 2025 F1 schedule, as two other races will revert to Sunday daytime events, F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali announced on Wednesday. This news comes as F1 reported impressive first-quarter earnings, with total revenues of $587 million and earnings of $208 million across all of its holdings.
The return of F1 to Las Vegas in November 2023 after almost 40 years generated significant excitement and demand, leading to the decision to continue the race as a night event. The success of the event has also attracted major sponsors, with American Express partnering with F1 for engaging activations and support for the F1 Academy.
Las Vegas Grand Prix CEO Renee Wilm revealed that F1 will be introducing new ticket offerings, including a new area along Koval Lane, to cater to individual consumers and new F1 fans. The announcement of these tickets is expected soon, as F1 aims to reach a broader audience and provide a unique entertainment experience for fans.
In addition to the new ticket offerings, F1 will be increasing the number of general admission tickets available for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, with a total of 10,000 tickets now being offered. Ticket prices for the Saturday night race range from $350 for general admission to $10,000 for a club package, with lower prices for practice and qualifying races.
The recent Miami Grand Prix saw McLaren’s Lando Norris clinch his first career F1 victory, breaking Red Bull driver Max Verstappen’s winning streak. As F1 enters its second year of the Las Vegas Grand Prix, there is anticipation for the race’s continued success and potential growth in promotional fees.
With F1 sticking to a 24-race schedule, there may be increasing competition for promotional venues in the future. However, F1 remains optimistic about finding attractive pricing and opportunities for new venues, as demand among fans and promoters continues to grow.
Overall, F1 is looking forward to the upcoming 2025 season, with the Las Vegas Grand Prix set to shine as the only night race on the schedule, promising an exciting and unforgettable experience for fans and participants alike.
